After spending a few years in San Diego to get my commercial pilot training and pursue my lifelong dream of becoming a pilot, I moved across the country to get a graduate degree at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Not long after landing in Florida, I noticed my skin wasn’t adjusting so well to the humidity. I tried everything on the market I could find to soothe my skin. After some trial and error (and a care package full of handmade, organic products from my mother), I knew that chemical-free products were the only ones that healed my skin.
I’m now a self-proclaimed product junkie, testing the products we add to The Serene Life shop so you experience only the best in hand-crafted, high quality products that make your self-care ritual more than a routine.
After moving to Florida by way of Mumbai to pursue my degree in Electrical Engineering, I knew I needed to re-prioritize self-care and give myself some “me-time” to mediate, face-mask, and listen to a podcast if I was going to make it through my master’s. But in the background, I always wanted to own my own boutique. When I made the switch back to natural products, I knew that it was the combination of ethical beauty and self-care that would become part of the future business.
Today, I’m all about spreading the importance of self-love and self-care. After all, it’s the combination of the right products and an invigorating daily ritual that can turn what is otherwise a routine into a highly anticipated practice.
Tacos, anime, Favorite cocktail... Time to reveal a few of my obsessions. See anything we have in common?
I am in LOVE with these Bath Truffles. They smell so amazing and leave my skin feeling so soft. I really like that my tub wasn’t an oily mess afterwards. The jasmine flowers left behind are so nice too!! The shopping experience just adds to my love of this product. The ladies make you feel so good and make sure to cover all the little details.
